Yes, known problem. First reaction at https://github.com/e107inc/e107/issues/3614
Also mentioned in Gitter chat first mentioned by @Jimako (07-01-19) and later on by @Moc (12-01-19)

For everyone using the 'survey' plugin. There currently is a bug caused by two plugins having the same name. In this case it's the 'survey' plugin name, which is used by both Septor (upgraded from files by McFly) and one by 'tubbis_2.'. I got an update notification for the survey plugin, but this is not an update but instead a replacement with the other plugin which has a newer version (but which in fact is a different plugin!)
So be careful when you see the update notification for the survey plugin

and following conversations  blush  ( do not realy know what at present was/is done about this...)

Hi TgTje, how can i disable the update function of plugins? The database update of the survey plugin that isnt the survey plugin is right in your face... Someone really should take a look at this.....

Update function cannot be disabled. Discussion moved to https://github.com/e107inc/e107/issues/3711
